I made preserves a couple weekends ago. Not all the refrigerator kind, either. And the hurricanes last year gave me lots of opportunities to practice my survival skills.
I saw the former neighbor at the farmer's market and he told me he sold that little hobbit house for $690,000 and without a Realtor! Shocking to say the least! Seriously, tiny, even the washer and dryer are outside under a little roof! One bathroom! I cannot believe it! And, it needs tons of work, electrical, wood rot...I just wonder if he realizes his property line is the eave of his house, and the rest is ours!
